I’ve known Maria from Camari Training for over 30 years. She has supported me immensely throughout my career and been a great mentor.
She trained, guided and supported me in various areas mainly administration and employability. She assessed me to gain my NVQ qualifications in business administration as well as my A1 unit to become a qualified Assessor. Which lead me to secure the job I aimed to achieve, working with youths and adults supporting them into the world of work despite their experience, qualifications or backgrounds.

Customer Service Session
We were delighted to welcome Maria to deliver a customer service training session for our group in Edinburgh at Invisible Cities, a social enterprise that trains people who have experienced homelessness to become walking tour guides.
The session was both insightful and highly engaging. Maria created a welcoming and interactive environment that allowed our trainees and existing guides to fully participate and learn together. We explored a range of topics, including understanding different types of tourist groups, the importance of body language, how to keep guests engaged, and how to make our tours more memorable. One highlight was a fun quiz about Edinburgh and its hidden gems, including a banner that sparked lots of ideas for our future tours! We absolutely loved that quiz!
Maria’s professionalism, energy, and respect for our work and community were outstanding. Her ability to tailor the session to suit our group made a real impact.
