Summary
My career began in the hospitality industry, which gave me a solid grounding in people skills, service and adaptability. Wanting to build on that foundation, I returned to education as a mature student and gained qualifications in Business and Training of Trainers. This led me into the world of education and training, where I qualified as a trainer, assessor and verifier.
Over time I progressed into Senior Management, leading audits, staff development, systems, procedures and qualification delivery. I also developed specialist expertise in compliance and internal auditing, working across European Structural Funds and UK and Scottish Government funding. These roles strengthened my understanding of what credible, high quality learning looks like in practice.
Today my focus is on helping organisations create clear, engaging and accessible training through AI powered learning content and practical design support. I bring together my background in education, compliance and operational leadership to help clients simplify their training, strengthen their credibility and save time.
What drives me most is seeing people grow in confidence and achieve things they never thought possible. I am passionate about lifelong learning, sustainability and creativity, whether through training, upcycling or cooking. I believe perseverance and a good coffee can get you through almost anything.
