Summary
I help businesses, founders and senior professionals become clearer, better positioned and easier to choose.
My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, brand positioning and leadership communication. I help clients clarify who they are, what they offer, why it matters and how that value should be expressed to the people they need to reach.
This is not surface-level branding. It is positioning grounded in commercial reality.
Brand is one of the ways an organisation makes its strategy visible. When the positioning is unclear, the effects are practical: websites become vague, services are difficult to explain, businesses sound too similar to their competitors and sales conversations take more effort than they should.
The same principle applies to founders, consultants and senior professionals. How a leader presents themselves influences how their experience is understood, the credibility they establish and the opportunities they attract.
I am particularly useful when a business or individual has evolved, but the way they are positioned has not kept up. This often happens during growth, change, repositioning, entry into a new market or a transition to a more senior level.
I work across three connected areas:
• Business and brand strategy
• Personal branding
• Leadership positioning
Engagements can range from focused clarity sessions and strategic workshops to broader projects and ongoing advisory support. The work may lead to a clearer proposition, stronger narrative, more coherent website, better-positioned LinkedIn presence, sharper company profile or a leadership story that properly reflects the level at which someone now operates.
Over the past 25+ years, I have worked across the UK, Europe and the Middle East with founder-led businesses, private enterprise, government-related organisations, investment platforms and larger institutional environments.
My sector experience includes energy, infrastructure, industrial organisations, real estate, development, hospitality, tourism, financial services, investment, healthcare, professional services and consumer businesses.
My background spans consultancy and senior in-house leadership. I have worked with founders, business owners, CEOs, boards, CMOs, leadership teams and senior professionals, bringing both an external strategic perspective and an understanding of what it takes to create alignment from within.
The objective remains consistent: clearer thinking, stronger positioning and better commercial decisions.
If you, your business or your leadership profile is entering a period of growth, change or repositioning, that is usually the right time to talk.

Based in London and the United Arab Emirates, I work with founders and leadership teams to shape brand and communications strategy during periods of growth, repositioning, and organisational change.
My work sits at the intersection of brand, business strategy, and leadership decision making. I help organisations clarify what they stand for, align that with commercial direction, and translate it into clear, practical action.
I work in a hands on, embedded way, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to develop positioning, narrative frameworks, and communications strategies that hold up in real decisions, not just in presentation.
I support organisations at different levels of need, from senior strategic advisory through to practical delivery. This includes embedded work with leadership teams, as well as the development of brand positioning, narrative frameworks, brand architecture, and communications strategy.
Alongside this, I design and deliver practical brand strategy toolkits, including messaging frameworks, guidelines, and decision making tools that enable teams to apply strategy consistently in day to day work.
My work often spans complex moments including mergers, brand acquisition, integration, and cultural realignment, ensuring coherence between brand, messaging, and organisational behaviour.
Across the UK and the Middle East, I have worked across energy, financial services, logistics, real estate, hospitality, governments, and destination and place-based organisations.

Interests and Hobbies
I am interested in the relationship between people, ideas, identity and how meaning is created. That interest sits behind much of my professional work, but also shapes what I read, watch and explore outside work.
I enjoy reading and listening around business, culture, psychology, spirituality, history, technology and the way organisations and individuals adapt to change. I am particularly interested in how people make sense of themselves and the world around them, especially during periods of transition.
I also have a strong interest in technology, including AI, app development and the tools that are reshaping how people think, work, create and make decisions. I am drawn to anything that strengthens mental sharpness, expands perspective and helps me stay relevant in a rapidly changing world.
Outside work, family is central to my life. I enjoy walking, good conversation, travel, food, wine, music and spending time in places that offer a bit of perspective rather than constant noise.
I am also interested in creativity, writing, design, storytelling and the craft of making complex ideas feel clearer and more useful.
