Summary
After 20+ years in Corporate Finance at a senior level and lead consultant on over 100 business sales from £500k to £20m in sale value, Kate left industry and set up Prestige Strategic Growth Ltd. Having had an interesting career that started with a London Stockbrokers, a senior broker for a national business sale broker, and as senior management for the two largest regional accountnacy firms in East Anglia within their Corporate Finance Teams.
Setting off on her own in 2020 at the beginning of the Covid pandemic, Kate wanted to utilise her experience from corporate finance to work with organisations on maximising productivity and profits through streamlining and introducing process mapping and management, which in turn leads to strategically positioning an organsiation ready for sale as part of any exit planning to increase business value.
Prestige focuses in on improving operations at a central and leadership level, fostering an inclusive culture, improving productivity and strategy through business development, and coaching business owners and directors through business consultancy to achieve their goal aspirations. Experienced with start-ups through to multi million turnover and national organisations. Kate take's a holistic approach, taking time to get to know her clients and their organisation and the people it serves both internally and externally, to co-produce strategies and business plans with tangible actions that make a real difference.
