Lalli is an excellent project manager - I work very long hours and had no experience in renovation - so would not have been able to do it myself! "Very highly recommend HDB London – we hired them to completely refurbish the two bathrooms in our flat and decorate bedrooms.
Lalli and her team managed the project seamlessly from beginning to end. Both my husband and I work long hours, so having a project manager who could lead the project without much involvement from us was key; Lalli was truly excellent at keeping us up to date on progress, sourcing chosen materials and fittings, advising on design solutions to ensure the space was used efficiently and working around any challenges which occurred through the process.
In short, everything was handled tirelessly and efficiently, with an extremely positive attitude and a range of proposed options to tackle any problem that arose. The bathrooms in our flat have now been completely transformed; both have been entirely redesigned and reconfigured and are now super modern, functional and all-in-all even better than we could have hoped. The bedrooms and surrounding decorated areas also look great.
Importantly, even though the project presented unforeseen challenges, the team worked tirelessly to ensure the project was completed on time and succeeded in doing so.
