Before seeing Sarah, every day was uncomfortable. A medical solution was offered via another party but wanted to get to the cause of the problem and not mask the issue.
After 12 weeks, I had little to no pain or discomfort and I can now spot the symptoms to enable better food choices or start the first few steps of the program again to reboot my body.
I was surprised at how quickly and well my body reacted to just a few small simple changes.
The structure of the program worked perfectly. Would have been happy to have more sessions had it been needed.
