Gino worked for NTT DATA, at one of our major UK clients within their Consumer / Digital / IT functions as an experienced Project / Programme Management Consultant. Over a 5 month period, Gino proved himself adept at working with both the senior client VP's and their operational IT delivery teams. He completed a thorough impact assessment and diagnostic of a complex running programme, making a series of strategic and tactical improvement recommendations to the client team. This was essential to help build-out a revised business case submission and direct a series of actions to help re-baseline the plans. Folks, Gino worked for me as a direct report for several years at CSC.
