We offer three flexible packages designed to meet you where you are:
- Seed Plan - Designed for businesses taking their first steps; focused on clarity, confidence and setting strong foundations. A 60 day support package which includes Personal Coaching Sessions and a besoke Roots to Results Plan tailored for your needs.
- Growth Plan - For organisations ready to expand, strengthen leadership, and scale sustainably. A 90 day support package which includes a Half Day Strategy Workshop, Coaching Sessions, your uniquee Growth and Strength Plan and regular update meetings.
- Seed Plan - A long term partnership providing ongoing support, resilience, and continuous growth. A 6 month support package including Strategic Workshops, Team Delivery Options, Strategy Review Reports, Update Meetings and Leadership Coaching.
Coaching to Unlock Confidence and Growth
We use a blend of insightful questioning, practical tools, and real-world experience to create sessions that are inspiring, actionable, and tailored to your needs.
We believe that coaching should be accessible for everyone which is why we offer a number of coaching pathways to suit you at a highly competitive rate of £35 an hour.
Training and Development
Training should be as unique as your teams are.
That's why we work with every client, every time to really understand their needs for training; whether that is a single workshop focused on a specific skill or idea, a management training programme bespoke to your organisation or a longer term programme which is built for sustained growth.
We offer single workshops (3 hours with up to 20 delegates) for £315 and Management and Leadership training for a highly competitive £2240. This includes personal coaching sessions with each delegate to a maximum of 10.
Organisational Development
Whether we are working together through one of our unique packages: One Mission, Many Branches, Guiding Change with Confidence or Embedding Growth Day to Day you can be assured of a consistent price.
Business Support Services
The Grove Support Desk is our virtual assistant services which doesn't just do "admin". The Grove Support Desk acts as an extension of your business, speaking in your tone and maintaining those trusted relationships with your clients. With bespoke packages drafted for your own growth journey, The Grove Support Desk gives you back the time to focus on your growth and development.
