Summary

I work with AVON UK helping people to get started earning an income working flexibly from home on a self-employed basis.

I also sell AVON products myself.

My key role as an AVON Sales Leader is to grow, train, support, manage and motivate my team, whilst also achieving and exceeding my own personal sales targets.

As at December 2012 I am currently managing a team of 3 Trainee Sales Leaders and 10 Sales Representatives.
