Hello - and welcome to JFA Management Consultancy!
As Founder of JFA [Jane Fisher Associates], I established the consultancy back in 2013, specialising in the leadership of change. In 2020, my family relocated to the wonderful Allen Valleys in Northumberland, where the wildness and raw beauty of the North Pennines inspires me on a daily basis, supporting my consultancy work.
Working with my team of trusted associates (a pretty eclectic mix!), we support decision makers: business owners, directors, executives and senior leaders to LEAD and DELIVER achievable and sustainable changes within their organisation: from small-step quick-win improvements to longer-burn transformational changes, Change is our passion - we just love it!
Empowering and inspiring people is at the heart of what we do. We work collaboratively with national and international clients either face to face or remotely. And, with our unique Adventurous Leadership 'Reboot' Retreats, deliverd in Iceland and Northumberland, we take leaders to another level. Here we support the above key decision makers and the like, to reset and reboot their leadership approach, by blending professional learning and personal development in transformational landscapes. Mixing workshops, small group work and 1-2-1 support with statgeically placed 'mini adventures', the end result is re-energised leaders, driving their organisation forward with gusto - a ‘spirit of adventure’, inspiring and galvenising their people, navigating them positively through their journey of Change.
