THERE'S NO ESCAPING IT, articles on mental health are everywhere bemoaning waiting lists and offering ways to cope [exercises, breathing techniques, mindulness, meditation etc....]. But I firmly believe that education is the way forward because understanding what's going on with your 'mental health', puts you in charge of yourself and your responses to events around you.

My team has been running in-house courses to strengthen wellbeing and mental health for over 25 years - though we didn't call it mental health in those days. We called it Coping or Resilience Training; but it's the same thing.
