What does it mean to me?
"Don"t just know oneself, hell "You Be" oneself!
One's patterns of behaviour are surely a result of our experiences.
If you wish to use the word that everyone is abusing "Authenticity" the truth is, it is serving others, having flexibility not pleasuring ones ego!
So let's not just use the word as a Goal, let's Create it as one's truth, and not looking for approval or listening to the Naysayers!
