Managing a CMS in 2026 can still feel like a chore. For a team that builds advanced Data solutions and AI-driven logistics engines for heavy industry, manually tweaking CSS or copying and pasting blog content felt archaic.
So, we decided to build our own agentic workflow. We’ve completely re-engineered the High Digital CMS using Claude, GitHub, Payload CMS, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Here is how our zero-friction web management actually works:
The Brains (Claude + MCP): Instead of logging into a backend, we just "talk" to Claude. Thanks to MCP, Claude securely connects directly to our local environment and repositories.
The Code (GitHub): If we want to change the design—say, update the hero banner or tweak a button color—Claude writes the code and pushes the commit directly to GitHub.
The Content (Payload CMS): For content updates, we can either use Payload’s brilliant headless UI, or we can just ask Claude to draft, format, and push the content straight to the database.
Why this matters for your operations: We didn't just build this as a cool party trick. This is a live demonstration of agentic workflows. If we can train an LLM to safely manage, code, and deploy website changes without human bottlenecking, imagine what we can build for your back-office.
